Handpicked from August 29 to September 21.
Following destemming, fermentation occurred in open vats for 18-21 days, then aged in barrels.
18 months in 500L Hungarian oak barrels.

The aroma is full-bodied and typical of the vineyard: blackberries, blueberries, sour cherries, with hints of raspberry and yoghurt, sweet spices and marzipan.
There is a nice harmony, ethereal purity, exciting acidity, excellent tannins, a round body and a long finish. On the palate, the fruit, spices and marzipan are also present, with a slight chalky grip.
