We try to live in love

2022 is already behind us, and we needed a few days of rest. If I look back on the last 12 months, I can see that a lot has happened and although it was a difficult year compared to the circumstances, it was still successful and amazing. We constantly want great things to succeed, but at the beginning you don’t see the details. I am satisfied and grateful for your struggle and your unique environment.

We were able to implement many of our plans. However, I am not only St.Andrea, but I deal a lot with Eger wine and Hungarian wine as well. I am very happy that the Egri Bikavér Festival Days started in Eger, the Pannon Christmas Festival Grand Tasting took place in Budapest, and the Pannon Piknik was born in Tata in cooperation with SVÉT. We were finally able to meet people.

There was also great interest in our wines, for which I am very grateful. In this extraordinary vintage, we were able to harvest valuable fruits and we hope it will become a valuable wine. This is a challenge. I’m learning that you can’t work routinely, you have to be very attentive, there’s always a detail that needs further thought. This unusual vintage particularly drew attention to the need to learn about grape production and wine production.

We see the examples and it takes several generations to be better. We have passed a memorable jubilee year, we celebrated 20 years, these are such great events that it is good to think about them even now, because role models and worthy wine producers celebrated together with us. Here was Attila Gere, jr. István Szepsy, Zsolt Liptai from Pannonhalma, and world-renowned Burgundian wines came to us courtesy of Christophe Deola, director of Domaine Louis Latour.
The family is important, which to our great joy is constantly expanding, because last year our second grandchild, IV. György Lőrincz.

This year, we want to be able to cultivate grapes, produce wine, pass on a good message, and participate in community work.
