The aroma explodes from the glass. Peach with yellow flesh, green pineapple, lime peel. A lively, but very fine acidity surfs through our mouth. Peach and pineapple dominate the taste, accompanied by pomelo and mineral saltiness. A long-lasting, rich, complex white wine with nicely integrated aging notes.
