Nagykadarka 2016

The production site had given an extraordinarily deep, robust wine from this incredible Cru in 2016. We suspect a deep and complex wine from the aromas. Ripe blackcurrant, blackberry, frankincense, chocolate with chilli, smoke, forest litter, pepper on the nose, we could enumerate without end. Enormous on the palate, unique in intensity and in length. We do not suspect this power from a Kadarka. A taste bonanza, in different layers come the ripe fruits, spices complemented by the taste of terroir. Very long finish. Great experience to taste now however peak is far away.
