IWC successes

International Wine Challenge is accepted as the world’s finest and most meticulously judged wine competition which assesses every wine blind and judges each for its faithfulness to style, region and vintage. Throughout the rigorous judging processes, each medal-winning wine is tasted on three separate occasions by at least 10 different judges and awards include medals (Trophy, Gold, Silver, Bronze) and Commended and Great Value awards. Hangács Egri Bikavér Grand Superior 2015

Single vineyard Bikavér from Hangács Cru, Demjén. A complex, dynamic Bikavér showing the rustic character of the wine region with exciting aromas, elegancy and nice fruit. On the nose ripe fruits (blackberry, mulberry) combined with the aromas of forest soils and mushrooms. Besides the determined structure it is a rich, meaty Bikavér giving great experience.
